In what has been a unique year, the strain on our nurses has been more than ever before.
This series follows nurses treating some of the most vulnerable patients in their homes.
We also follow midwives as they care for expectant mothers in the area whose babies are about to be born into a new and scary world.
We hear the personal experiences of patients and nurses, about loss, loneliness but there are plenty of laughs along the way.
Through the whole series, it becomes clear how vital the work is of our community nurse who care, listen and support each of their patients.
