Paul is one of the most experienced television executives working in the UK factual production sector. As CEO and owner of Wildflame, Paul works across both the creative and business sides of the business and builds collaborations and partnerships internationally.

Paul has forged the company’s growth on a strong moral platform with ethical behaviour and DE & I as central pillars of Wildflame’s DNA. Wildflame won the top award in Broadcast’s Best Place to Work in 2022 which recognised these Wildflame values.

A multi-award-winning Executive Producer, Paul is former Head of Arts, BBC Wales; MD, Indus Films; MD Prospect Pictures Wales: Chair of Bafta Cymru and the former Chair of the It’s My Shout training scheme which champions a pathway for social inclusion and diversity within the industry.  

Paul is delighted to have been invited to be a juror for the prestigious Rose d’Or Awards 2023.
